MicroSnap Coliform Step 2 is a rapid detection device for the detection and enumeration of coliform bacteria. The test uses a bioluminogenic reaction that generates light when enzymes characteristic of coliform bacteria react with specialized substrates, and the light signal is quantified with a Hygiena luminometer.
