The HI93414-01 Turbidity and Chlorine Portable Meter is a high-accuracy, manufacturer-supplied portable instrument that combines a nephelometer and a photometer to measure turbidity and free/total chlorine in drinking water and similar samples. The meter performs turbidity measurements from 0.00 to 1000 NTU and chlorine measurements from 0.00 to 5.00 mg/L, and is supplied with AMCO-AEPA-1 primary turbidity standards and NIST-traceable chlorine standards for calibration and performance verification. The instrument meets and exceeds EPA Method 180.1 and Standard Methods 2130 B for turbidity and adapts EPA Method 330.5 and Standard Method 4500-Cl G for chlorine, providing EPA-compliant reporting modes for regulatory use.
