The HI99151 Portable pH Meter for Brewing is a handheld pH and temperature tester designed specifically for measuring pH in beer, mash and wort during the brewing process. The meter provides on-the-spot pH and temperature readings and is supplied with a beer-specific, replaceable probe and the accessories needed to begin measuring immediately.
