Hanna Infrared and Contact Thermometer for the Food Industry HI99556

The HI99556 is an infrared and contact thermometer designed for the food industry to provide both non-contact surface temperature measurements and contact/core measurements when used with the supplied HI765PW thermistor probe. It measures surface temperature quickly (response time ~1 second) and switches between infrared and probe modes via a dedicated button, enabling fast checks of prepared foods, cooked products and semi-solid samples where both surface and internal temperatures are required.
