The Hanna edge® Wine pH Meter (kit) HI2020W is a portable, manufacturer-configured pH testing kit designed for measuring pH in wine and must. The kit combines the edge® handheld meter with a wine-specific digital pH electrode (HI10480) featuring a Clogging Prevention System (CPS) and built-in temperature sensor, enabling accurate, temperature-compensated pH measurements and data logging for winemaking quality control and laboratory/field testing.
